By accessing or using DominoSkillz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DominoSkillz for real-money games. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online skill-based gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
To comply with regulatory requirements, we may require identity verification before allowing deposits, withdrawals, or participation in real-money games. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address when requested.
DominoSkillz is a skill-based gaming platform. All games are played according to standard domino rules. Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated tools (bots), or exploitation of bugs is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Deposits are processed via Stripe. Minimum deposit is $5, maximum is $10,000. Minimum withdrawal is $10. A 5% platform fee is deducted from game winnings. Processing times vary by payment method. DominoSkillz reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification.
We encourage responsible gaming. You may set deposit limits, take cooling-off periods, or self-exclude from the platform. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact a professional helpline in your jurisdiction.
DominoSkillz is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to game losses, technical failures, or unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance (minus pending disputes) will be returned to you.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
